It wasn't really a complaint but I must say Ticketmaster make it virtually impossible to get hold of. I purchased Concert Tickets via Ticketline in 2020. The Concert was rescheduled twice and I mistakenly contacted Ticketmaster and purchased two tickets thinking they where already paid for, they where but not with Ticketmaster! User's recommendation: If you live outside the USA contact this Consumer Support System.
