I bought 3 alice cooper tickets for $381 back in May. The account was cancelled a few weeks later and stub hub issued me a 120% bonus for future tickets. I told them that in the state of NY, we can get a refund. By law I should have received a refund but now I show no 120% creidt on my account and over 60 days with no refund. They do not answer their phone and have no email address. I have started a fraud complaint with the NY attorney general's office and I am still waiting
