For my 88th birthday awhile back, I was given a gift in the form of a Ruby Tuesday gift card in the amount of $25.00...one of my favorite restaurants. My problem is that I have found that Ruby Tuesday restaurants in my Dayton Ohio area are now closed!!! How do I get a refund of the $25.00???? User's recommendation: If Ruby Tuesday reopens their restaurants, do visit!!
