Refund notice

I received an email that my refund had been returned to my account. It has not. I understand it takes a few days for transactions but, why tell me it had when it hasnt? I can provide email sent to me if needed. This was my first order with this company, I understand sometimes products are faulty. No problems. But to show a refund has been made and it hasnt is not a company I want to do business with. User's recommendation: Compare with satisfied customers from other companies before you buy.
