I had placed my order on 8th june 2021 against order no. 611880 but later on in the evening i have received mail from india cake that they hold my order due to extra delivery charges as delivery place is far from center but it does not make any sense as firstly they have placed the order without asking delivery charges as address was mentioned during the placement of order but that time they did not ask for any extra deleivery charges and order was placed smoothly. In the evening when i came from office i have seen this mail and i was like i have ordered the cake in the morning and till it is not deleiverd to my father for whom i had ordered and they stupid people sending me reminder again and again for extra charges but did not revert back to my mails i have written to india cake. I want my refund amount back in my account number as this is completely a fraud issue and this is the way you treated your customer.
