Dear BravoFly Team, I booked today my flights from Hamburg to New Delhi under booking ID: 180882****. Through Bravo Fly India Portal. Now I selected the base fare tickets which were showing as INR 75872/- before payment. As I selected non flexible fare. But once I put my credit card details the website charged me INR 83141.53/- This is extra charge of INR 7269/- on the ticket. I have been trying unsuccessfully to your customer care number since many hours. But no one is picking and responding. Now please Either refund me INR 7269/- and change my ticket to non flexible one or full cancel my ticket and refund me full amount of INR 83141.53/-. The worst thing would be I need to declare this as Fraudulent transaction and Bravofly becomes a fraud listed with my Bank. Regards, Chetna User's recommendation: Beware of using this website.
