Update by user Jun 14, 2021 Hello thank you for checking on me. They send me an email saying that they are processing my refund, but i still don't get the money accredited to my bank account. It has been more than a year now and it seems to continue like that. I don't know what to do anymore Original review posted by user May 15, 2021 they are saying that they'll call you back, but they never will. I have emails from them confirming that they will send me a refund in 2 billing cycle but they never sent it. I've been spending a lot of money on calls and just as you said, i've been put on hold for hours. I've been recording all the conversation with the customer agents, but i don't know how and who to talk to for getting my money back. This is disgusting! User's recommendation: Don't buy on cheap0air.
