Refund issue cannot be solved in 1.5 months!

I bought an online Gift Card for my friend's birthday from Bershka for ₺450 on August 5, 2021 (more than 1 month ago). When my friend tried to shop with this gift card, they told her that it was a used card with a balance of ₺100 in 2020. I have called Bershka customer service many times about this issue. Although they told me that they would definitely get back to me within 3-5 business days in my first two calls, when I called again weeks later, they said that they would not say anything definite about when it would be concluded. How could such a thing happen? People in online customer service in Turkey said that only Spain could solve the balance problem on gift cards. Okay, but can't Spain really solve this problem in 1.5 months? The customer will not be left in such a difficult situation. If you can't solve such a small problem between Turkey and Spain in 1.5 months, I would say stop doing your business online. If you're shopping online from companies like Bershka, which forget how important online customer experience is, I would say you stop it. Otherwise, it seems very likely that you will be disgraced with your money like me.
