Refund – holding money hostage

The sales member did not tell me about a retainer … I was charged more than double what I was told. I immediately terminated my month to month called and requested a full refund. They refused. They also refused to give me my retainer back after I terminated my agreement. I terminated within 24 hrs. I have never been to their location or used their services. Pure theft. They claim they are unable to refund anything even though there agreement states. The retainer is fully refundable. I need help these guys are scammers
