Please refund my money, $716.35, for tickets purchased March 9, 2020. George Strait concert was canceled both in 2020 and also now in 2021 I have attempted for 1 month to get my money refunded, but I have not heard a response. This is very upsetting, and I am extremely angry with TicketTracker. During this time of pandemic, I am in great need to have the money returned to me, to help with financial crisis. Your assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
