Im trying to get my money back from a concert from April 2020 that was supposed to be postponed three times. I kept the credit for future concerts I may be able to attend but my credit is about to expire and I have not been interested in any other events. I just want my 175$ back in my account and I was told months ago I would have a refund but still have not received my refund and it still says I have a credit on my account... please just refund my money. I paid for a concert and there was no concert.. I am not interested in any other events, I want a full refund because I purchased the insurance for this very reason. User's recommendation: Be ready for a long wait.
