This is with regards to TripAir Reference No. [protected], airline reservation with United Airlines from Bahrain to Washington Dulles. Originating flight was scheduled Sep 17, 2020 but the carrier had cancelled all their flights to or from the originating country. Trip was cancelled in due time. TripAir received the refund on my behalf from United Airlines back in February 12, 2021. Yet until now, over six months after TripAir had received the refund, they still have not refunded me the money I paid. This is beyond any reasonable processing time.
