Made a purchase and noticed the item was damaged at the register. I was told that the system was down and I could not return the item right then. List the receipt 5 days later tried to return the item and was told I could only get $1.99 credit for an item I paid $9.99 for. I shop these stores sometime twice a week. Needless to say I wont be doing that anymore.
