Hi, I have bought a parking pass for on July 3rd for Illenium event in Las Vegas. My parking pass is #65451**** Unfortunately, when I arrived to the address that showed up in Park Whiz app, there is no one there to scan my parking pass and looks like the place was not a parking lot. So, I decided to find another parking lot and didnt use the parking pass that I bought from park whiz. Is there any possibility that I can get a refund? Thank you.
