Refund for my flight.

My flight was cancelled on July 18 2021 from GRR to LAX. I have not received my ticket refund. I also incurred extra travel expenses and lost time at work as a result of this cancellation. I cant seem to reach anyone at the customer service number. All I get is a busy signal. Please contact me regarding this issue.
