Last September 2019 I booked a flight to Rhodes Greece through CheapFareGuru.com. In Feb when we learned of the Covid-19 virus I started contacting you about the possible cancellation of my flights. I received no replies but then a very vague email. In March 2020 I started contacting the 3 airlines involved in the booking - Jet Blue, Emirates, and Aegean. I was told by each that all monies were still controlled by CheapFareGuru. Again I spent hours trying to contact you on 4 different phone numbers. I kept being told to hold but then after many minutes I was hung up on!! Today I contacted Emirate Airlines as they are the ones shown on my credit card bill as having been billed and paid the $ 1473.23 cost of my ticket. Andre, the person to whom I spoke, said that on April 7 and again on April 20, 2020, Emirates had contacted all the travel agents and told them to refund all monies for flights booked for them!!! I have spent the last hour trying to contact you and keep being told you are not taking calls at this time. I am 79 years old on a fixed income and desperately need this money at this time. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! User's recommendation: Stay away from them.
