Refund for AIRFARE cancelled because Covid-19 travel ban and lockdown.

CheapFareGuru Sirs: Last March 17, 2020 I requested for the airfare refund. Three round trip tickets (May 19 - June 10, 2020) Via Korean Airlines was booked in advance and confirmed: 1. Ticket No. 200112**** Passenger: Bernadette A. Lapid 2. Ticket No. 200112**** Passenger: Delfin F. Lapid 3. Ticket No. 200112**** Passenger: Amorfina A. Mariano The cancellation request was course through CheapFareGuruCustomer Agent (Tel.#1-88*-247-****) by the name of Stella on March 17, 2020 around 4:30pm.
