Everywhere you search on web, you read you have right to get a refund after 3 days of paying(no fine print)..simply if not satisfied reach out to cancel I did that after 24hours! Poor quality "elites" as advertised, poor matches and many technical issues..when I emailed to refund my 129$, they refused because apparently I sent a message to one of members that they suggested was a match??!!! What?? They said it was void after that. I likely didnt even mean to press send because the texh glitches !regardless, how is that standing by their commitment they have advertised. If I followed link to free trail why would I be able to send a message anyway? That is just scamming people.I am a single mom and not being ripped off 129$ for browsing to see if a product is right for me. You cant even contact by phone and only wait till they email you back. This is so wrong and I want my refund immediately!
