I did not sign up for Pandora premium, yet I see i was charged for it this week? I demand a refund. I've signed up for it a year before this and i wasn't impressed. I only downloaded it from aurora android sight, yet you somehow got my credit card number and charged me? Please look at my acct and refund of $4.99 Fee immediately! If your premium acct were working on my devices and I owned up to asking for the premium acct, I'd simply ask you to stop payment next month. BUT IT'S NOT EVEN WORKING ON ANY OF MY DEVICES AND I DIDNT SIGN UP FOR THIS!??? Do the right thing Vanette Starr User's recommendation: Pandora says Roku is responsible for refunding the fee and Roku says the fee must be refunded through Pandora? What the heck? Many of these 2nd and 3rd party companies, such as Google and Amazon as well, have our credit card and as soon as you open an to an app, they hit you with fees! I took my credit card off all accounts now, because in one month, between my 3 accounts, since i had my credit card listed i'd recieved over $175.00 in fees I'd never approved of. Amazon was the only company that give me a run around and refunded to my acct instantly. Google charged me $65 for 2 apps; one app called Youmuse, was $50 per year because its too complicated to use i removed it and the other immediately. However Google and tbese app company gave me the same run around as Roku. If i were to gibe any advice, I'd say remove you credit card from all accounts. It sure seems sinve the Covid era has come into affect, we are seeing less and less integrity and more bold behavior with our trust??? I did not get my refunds from Google or roku apps!? Both companies and app orgs pass the buck and take no responsibility!!? Remove you credit cards from all accounts and log in anonomosly or as a one time guest? VLStarr.
