REFUND COMPLAINT for case#[protected] on order#[protected]-001

I cancelled my subscription and on January 8, 2021 it was automatically withdrawn from my account. I have been trying to receive this refund since January. I have called and spoke to members of your team on the following dates about my refund of $129.99. 01/08/2021, 02/12/2021, 02/15/2021, 02/24/2021 spoke to Jess & 4:07pm, 02/24/2021 spoke to Ray @3:40pm. Called again on 03/06/2021 at 1:52 and spoke to Relia and I asked to speak to a manager in charge. She told me the manager was unavailable and would be calling me back. As of today, I have not received a call back or my refund. I have called my bank and I have been advised that there has not been a refund attempted from office depot to my account. At this point I am very frustrated with the time I have spent with the back and forth. I'd like a complete refund either refund on my card or a check in the full amount of $129.99.
