I don't receive my refund amount for my cancelled air ticket. I cancelled my air ticket almost 80 day before. Please find trip id for your reference 1) Trip ID [protected] (Mangalore → Dubai ) 2) Trip ID [protected] (Dubai → Mangalore). Till now from them i don't receive my refund amount. when i check with my id - simply in their website they showing below message every time ( that is attached)
