a flight booked on 02/25/2020 was cancelled due to covid. we received email from bravofly that we would be able to claim a cash refund from 03/01/2021 to 03/7/2021 value of 661 usd so we called on 03/01/2021 them using my registered phone on [protected] and got a friendly operator on the line who told us that they will send me a confirmation email and issue the cash refund but so far nothing received...
