Refund after oven broke
The oven broke, they couldn't make my pizza. Already paid online. Pretty simple. I have been waiting over 4 days for a response. Any response, a confirmation they are working on it. Nothing!!! I cannot get a refund on a store level. There is no email. I filled out a form online and left a message. I'm not upset about the oven just the lack of communication. I understand everyone is busy. Even a computer generated email of acknowledgment would have been enough for me. User's recommendation: pizza is great. Hopefully this is a rare occurrence .
