I ordered a pit boss and used affirm to pay. that same day my husband came home and surprised me with a pit boss from store. I cancelled my order but affirm is still taking payments from me. They want pit boss to confirm my cancelation. so I wrote to them and they said their supervisor would get my order canceled.....BUT I need them to contact affirm to tell them I never received product. Or send me the grill... not under User's recommendation: Don't bother...
