I was offered by Catawiki in a relatively low price of an 18k white gold diamond pendant in devil teddy bear shape. I confirmed my purchase at 6:23pm (11:23 CET) of 6 January 2021. The deadline for such was 21:13 (CET) of 8 January 2021. Since I found I could not pay, I informed Catawiki at once, on 6 January 2021. Proof from my attached picture/s. Catawiki blamed me that I missed the deadline. They adduced no evidence to support their bare assertion/ allegation but I have adduced evidence to support mine. Last time, even after paying for the winning lot (1657****), they didn't post it to me after 2 weeks but I found the same item was resold on the auction of the following Friday immediately after I pay my winning lot. There was an intended purchaser who won in a higher price. Do they want to use this scam to enlarge profit, to hold a sincere buyer in hand and fetch another purchaser paying higher price on the other? Was it the real reason for not posting to me and this time alleged with no evidence that I missed the deadline and refused to sell me?
