Refinanced with them — big mistake

They wouldn't return calls, voice mails, or emails. I started the process on November 13, finally closed on December 31, and still don't have a copy of the signed closing documents even though I have left messages and sent emails requesting them. I sent them all the documents they requested within 3 days, or by November 16 and still didn't close for more than a month. Initial contact was positive, loan processing and underwriting was a nightmare. I understand a lot of people were refinancing because of low interest rates, but this is what their business. Had I done such *** customer service in my job, I would have been fired. Not worth the aggravation. User's recommendation: Avoid.
