Refill charge

Hi I ordered the cirkul about 3 weeks ago and still havent received it. I saw on the site there was shipping delays so I understood. Now however, Im about to get shipped and charged for the refill cartridges and I dont even know if I like the product yet. I dont know how to cancel the refills. Please let me know. Thank you
