In August I purchased a PR-156 light from Orphek LED lighting. This was a costly purchase, so I discussed it at great length both on the phone and via email with their US representative, Douglas. Because it was a custom order with custom LED emitters and custom lenses, I was required to wait 6 weeks for my order to be completed, although I had to pay up front. However, after finally receiving my product in late September, it was not what I ordered. Instead of 120 degree lenses I received 90 degree lenses which doesn't give me enough coverage because I only have a short mounting height. When I tried to call Orphek, the phone number went straight to voicemail, and has ever since. Douglas doesn't respond to my emails, instead I am directed to another representative, Ofir, who barely speaks english. Apparently he is their engineer, but his grasp of English is simply appalling, as is his customer service. He directed me to their warranty page which, along with a bunch of non-applicable legal crap says "no returns". However, I never received the correct product in the first place, so this falls on Orphek. After a lot of back and forth via email, with NO phone support (Ofir continued to evade my questions regarding phone calls!!) I was eventually just given a "have a nice life" and I'm stuck with the $799 custom light that wasn't made to my specifications. Don't trust Orphek!!
