My 20$ earned was not accepted / redeemed on the 20$ offer for chicken and sides which was presented on my phone. The marguerite mission viejo location insists that this is their policy and procedure. I have requested to see it in person, and they were unable to present me with it. I have called your customer service # on 2 occasions and both times, 2 different representatives have confirmed that such a policy/procedure does not exist after filing my claim. I hope completing this form helps process and get this issue resolved so that I can redeem my money earned on future deals offered.
