I purchased a samsung galaxy j3 from Central City Ky. walmart in may 2020, I also purchased the 2 year warranty with it.2 weeks ago my phone started acting up not responding to swiping the screen to unlock, it would stay frozen up for hours , so i did a factory reset on it. That made it worst so now it will not respond to anything I do. it is stuck on the select a language page. I never put minutes on it so I never had a phone number but the ieme # is 353168****186688 and the serial # is RF8MC0TOP3E ,and the model # is SM-S260DL(GP) GPSAS260DCGB. The FCC ID # is A3LSMS260DL.
