I have contacted the waste management office on three separate occasions about service at my home. I have had a full recycling bin for three weeks straight. I made a complaint over the phone on two separate occasions. I was assured that my recycle would be taken on 4/26/21 and if I had any additional recycle to place it on the side of the garbage. It has not been taken away! I am afraid that if this continues I will have to cancel services. I would like a refund for the missed pick ups or credit applied to my account!
