Recovery of funds lost

Within 2-3 weeks someone was ordering items and food from my skylight paycard account. Items from Nike.com , sporting goods, callings Lyfts and ubers. And my account went negative $14, I had about $2000-**** on my account. I dont know who did it and cant think of a person who would. I wish I would of found out about this sooner.
