The other driver ran a stop sign and State Farm is saying it was 50/50. I don't see how it can be partly my fault when he ran a stop sign!! I saw the same man at the same intersections 2 weeks later and even though I had the right of way I just sat there and watched him run the stop sign again. The Tilton police just asked me if I was ok at the wreck. He got my information and then I found out he and the police officer were good friends. I would like to get my deductible back and get my bill back down to where it was! User's recommendation: Don't trust this company!
