Recieved used shoes and no refund

I ordered a pair of Vionic shoes from OVERSTOCK.COM. The shoes came from "market place vendor" Pairmysole AKA Shoefabs. I received used, dirty nasty shoes full of dirt, pet hair, people hair and who knows what else. Returned shoes and have not gotten a refund $95.96 or anything other than a auto response from OVERSTOCK.COM or PAIRMYSOLE. I will never ever use OVERSTOCK.COM
