I purchased a home out of state and worked with a Howard Hanna agent who was more interested in providing an "aggressive deal" than my own interest. The home was purchased through another Howard Hanna broker and I asked in the beginning for all warranties to be transferred to me since it was a flipped home. After several conversations with my attorney, this did not happen, even though my realtor assured me it was no problem during negotiations. Due to selling my home and moving into this one I was not able to do a final walk through and arrived to a filthy home with paint stains on the floor throughout the home, breakers popping, and NO warranty or owner's manuals on newly installed appliances. User's recommendation: If you buy a home from Howard Hanna get EVERYTHING in writing!!
