Im very disappointed with GEICO, my husband called to request help in distress and agent Jackie asked so many questions that my husband just asked to please answer his one question instead using a stern voice, she said, I told you I needed all your information at the start, huffed then hung up on him while we needed help. When someone is nervous is too much to have a little patience and compassion? User's recommendation: Call AAA, they were much nicer and helpful.
