Ordered running shoes. When package arrived it was a completely different style shoe. When I chatted and called on 3 different occasions, the only concern ever expressed was how to ship back the wrong item. Not once did anyone offer to send the correct item. So now, I have repackaged wrong item, driven to post office to ship back and have no shoes at all. The original shoe I ordered is no longer available. Horrible customer service. User's recommendation: Hesitant to ever order again.
