I placed an order from Nine West.com on Nov. 25,2018 . I received the order on 12/01/2018 which was good until I opened the package .First of all I ordered 1 pair Boots size 91/2 and one pair shoes the same size. The shoes was ok but I never received the Boots which is what I really wanted what I rec'd was a pair of High Heels size 71/2 okay now what am I suppose to do with them. I tried to contact Nine West by email at least 50 plus times and can't seem to get an answer. When I sent the email I got a confirmation from Easy Spirit say I would hear from them in 24 hours that never happen I tried to call and never got answer . All I want is the boots that I ordered and paid for could at least answer the phone. I returned the heels with a detailed note inside the box and I haven't heard from them yet don't know if I will get my Boots or not .
