I ordered blink outdoor security and two blink indoor cameras 3boxes total arrived 2 were opened used and missing parts had scratches and fingerprints all over the cameras! when I called customer service they replaced one small blink and refunded my money on the outdoor one which is very inconvenient. I needed a replacement not refund I even offered to send the bad one back! I dont understand why Kohls ships out items that have been previously used or returned. very disappointed will not be ordering from you again. I will use Amazon for future purchases. No one wants a tampered with camera in their hou house. house!!!!! User's recommendation: Shipped tampered with security cameras opened, used, and missing parts!
