Received bill for magazine that I have not received

To whom it may concern, I have received an email and bill in mail for a magazine subscription that was gifted to me (really my children). Billed on 4/16/21. I am requesting termination of my subscription and cancellation of bill and any requests made to collection agencies that may affect my credit. I do not wish to continue my subscription after this gift expires.
