We randomly Received a random bill after 1.5 years of no service at all with them. We squared up and they took our payment and cancelled over year ago... but nothing has happened since and all of a sudden we get a bill in the mail. Now today, 2 weeks later we received a letter from EOS collections saying that we have 30 days to pay or it will report to the credit bureau. Counterforce is a horrible company and no one accepts my calls or emails to fix this...and yet they can send this off for collections. Terrible company to work with and be a customer of.
