Ordered a Cassie crossbody 19 it came beat up and damaged. Contacted coach they did a exchange had to wait forever finally it came today opened it up this one is more damaged than the first one. Contacted Coach again, done rude Andrea woman had me on hold for a hour she never sent me a label to send the bag back to them and I still am not being sent a new bag! All I want is the bag I ordered!! A new bag!! Without defects and damage and dings!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Coach.
