Last January 2021, I booked 4 air tickets for November 2021 from Cebu to Canada (via Tokyo) thru Hutchgo: Cebu to Tokyo (Philippine Airlines) and Tokyo to Toronto (Air Canada). I received email last week that Tokyo to Toronto flight was cancelled by Air Canada. Emailed Hutchgo to provide us an alternative route since it was the airline who cancelled the flight. I suggested we take Cebu to Canada (via Korea) since there are no other direct routes available. Hutchgo is charging Hk420 per ticket for the price difference and taxes.
