*SOLVED

Did an online rebate for $6 back on 2 gallons of Prestone coolant on 9/2020, checked 11/2020 with the tracking number that I saved on my phone. Supposed to have received a total of $6 in gift cards that were mysteriously declined. Trying to reach them on the phone but you can only leave a message. I think this is a scam by Advance Auto.
