Completely dysfunctional. One week in I cancelled the contract and they think they are going to bill me through VISA. Wrong. The Titanic will complete its maiden voyage before that happens. 1) Agreed in writing to a chosen domain name, but they registered a wrong domain then tried to bully me into accepting their mistake. Then "Senior" Customer Service representative, Anastasia D'Fonzo, told me that they had "waived the fee." What fee? It was their mistake. So I went and purchased the correct domain name through GoDaddy. When Anastasia told me they had finally purchased the correct domain name, I asked if it was possible for two people to buy the same domain name? She said no. I told her I had already purchased it. She had no response. 2) Sent me a COMPLETELY FULL contacts Excel spreadsheet "template." I'm sure this is a Federal privacy violation. I did a Save As, changed the file name, deleted the info, added mine and submitted it. CS responded that I needed to use their template and it had to be Excel. It WAS their template and it WAS Excel. And these are IT people? When I mentioned this to Anastasia, she said those were "non-people" and that was just to show where to place your information. Really? Isn't that what column headers are for. Over 2, 000 list "non-people." 3) Zero knowledge of Real Estate Commissioner's rules with high $ fines for violations. Kept posting a generic Keller Williams logo and only corrected it after one week. 4) Posted my registered Real Estate name wrong and did not know the difference between " " and this ( ). They amended it ... still wrong ... finally got it correct and then changed it back to my nick name only! It's still wrong when I cancelled the contract. 5) I sent in HD images for the website. They responded that they were too small. I responded with the pixel size which was more than double their requirement. Resent them individually yet they still lost two. 6) SALES has no idea when their job ends and CUSTOMER SERVICE takes over. I had to duplicate everything I had sent it to SALES. Left many messages with CS and finally got a call back the next day. 7) When I spoke with Anastasia D 'Fonzo, it was like talking to a robot. She constantly was sarcastic and then denied it in this "reading-from-a-script" manner when I challenged her CS skills. 8) SALES showed me through join.me all these satisfied customer websites ... all different. When my website went live ... with all the wrong information ... they told me that there was only one, "basic" template option. Bait-n-switch. This is a ship-of-fools. Walk away. You have been warned.
