The word pissed says it all or is this another way of squeezing money out of me as Ive been waiting for 30 minutes with no answer and I could imagine a large phone bill to look forward too . The bouquet that I sent to my very very ill friend is a total disgrace and I feel I have insulted her as a friend and she needed cheering up as so poorly. Were do I stand now ?
