Re-Subscribed to drink program but not credited to my phone number

As a subscriber to the Sip N Save drink program, after the 30 days, I was asked if I wanted to continue with the program. I agreed, paid in cash, and went about my day. The next time I came in to redeem my benefit with this summer program, my phone number, 970 234-****, wasn't credited as to the re-enrollment. The clerk that was helping me at the counter; His name is Sammie. When I couldn't find my receipt, I went back to this location and was told that I needed to take up this issue with the corporate office. User's recommendation: It is now the middle of August, 2021 and I STILL have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this matter.
