re-ordering checks

I just finished re-ordering checks which should have been a simple task. However "girly" made it quite lengthy and frustrating due to her lack of knowledge. When I told her I wanted to change the design of the check she said to me "what to you mean, design?" so then I said image and she still didn't understand. I really got upset when she was going to charge me to call my bank for verification of information. Why would you need to call on a re-order? And that's a rip off to charge a customer! After 10 minutes I finally asked for a supervisor but never got one. I was in banking for 45 years before retiring and if any of my employees treated a customer the way I was just treated they would no longer have a job. My confirmation number is 8197637.
