I received several letters offering a quick and easy refinance, unfortunately the process was anything but! After going to one of your branches, and provided all the information I was told to provide, there was always something that was required that previously was not mentioned, of course the mistake or misinformation was always put on the "underwriters" this experience got increasingly worse, and weeks turned into months. I even received several approval letters, only to be told later that there were problems that really should have been caught very early in the process ,this by far the worse experience I have ever had with any institution, and that is saying a lot. User's recommendation: run Fast, fast, fast away from this company!!
