We are a very reputable sub contractor based out of Atlanta, GA and have been in business for 10 years. We were contacted by RCC to help them out of a jamb on 2 stores they were building in a prestigious mall here in Atlanta and where RCC has done other work. It appeared that RCC was reputable and large enough where we would not have any problems with payments due to us at the end of the project so we decided to accept them as a new client. Almost immediately we started to hear from other contractors we know in the business telling us "good luck on getting your final payments" but we brushed off the remarks as we didn't want to contribute to any rumors. Sure enough here we are as the projects are completed along with our punch list and we are being given the run around with offers of 50% payment on certain items and no payments on other task completed. Its time to stop hiring this company and if your a sub contractor...DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS
